Pork Chalupas

4 lbs. pork loin roast
2 cups dried pinto beans
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 T. chili powder
1 T. cumin
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 can diced green chilies
1 T. salt

Put all ingredient in the crockpot and cover with water. Cook on high for 7 hrs.
Serve with tortillas, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and lettuce.
This freezes well!
