I have heard from several people that the flour doesn't last that long.
I would say the shelf life of flour is more like 5 years or more.
How much flour do I need for a year supply?
1 adult (ages 7+) needs 5 cans of flour for a year.
1 child (ages 0-6) needs 2 cans of flour for a year.
