
3 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 pinch salt
3 c. oats
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
1. In a saucepan bring sugar, cocoa, margarine, milk and salt to a rapid boil for 1 minute.
2. Add oats, peanut butter and vanilla; mix well.
3. Working quickly, drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper, and let cool.
