Conversion Chart for Fruits and Vegetables

APPLES
1 fresh apple = 1 c. fresh apple slices
1 fresh apple = 1/2 c. dried apple slices

CARROTS
1 fresh medium carrot = 1/2 c. fresh chopped carrots
1 fresh medium carrot = 1/4 c. dried carrots

ONIONS
1 fresh medium onion = 1/2 c. fresh chopped onion

CELERY
