Wheat Information

Shelf Life: 30+ years

How Much You Need for a Year Supply:
You need 300 lbs. of wheat, white rice, white flour, corn, oats, rice, pasta, and other grains

I have 150 lbs. of wheat per person.

You can either get #10 cans or 45 lb. buckets of wheat
1 adult (7+ years)--(150 lbs.)
You can either get: (26) #10 cans
or (3) 45 lb. buckets
1 child (0-6 years)--(75 lbs.)
You can either get: (13) #10 cans
or (1.5) 45 lb. buckets

What can I make with wheat?
1. Cooked Wheat Berries
(eat with sugar and milk, like oatmeal or put in salads)

2. Cracked Wheat
(make cracked wheat cereal, or extend your hamburger)

3. Freshly Ground Wheat Flour
(substitute wheat flour in any recipe that calls for flour--bread, rolls, cookies)
TIP: Freshly ground wheat flour loses half of it's nutritional value 24 hours after you grind it.
So make sure to use your freshly ground wheat flour within 24 hours.
TIP: When you put 1 c. of wheat into your wheat grinder, you get about 1 1/2 c. of wheat flour
