Herb Rice

Serves 5

Ingredients:
2 c. water

1 T. butter
1 t. chicken or vegetable boullion granules
1 c. rice
2 T. reduced sodium soy sauce
1 t. dried minced onion

1/2 t. onion powder
1/4 t. dried basil
1/4 t. marjoram
1/4 t. dried thyme

Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine water, butter, and boullion. Bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
