Granola

10 c. oats
3 c. coconut
1 (8 oz) bag slivered almonds
4 cubes butter
2/3 c. molasses or honey
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. brown sugar

Directions:
1. Mix oats, coconut, and almonds in a bowl.
2. In a separate bowl melt butter, molasses or honey, cinnamon nutmeg, and brown sugar.
3. Pour sugar mixture over oats and mix well.
4. Spray 3 jelly roll pans with Pam and pour oat mixture on pans.
5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Stir granola around. Bake another 5 minutes.
6. Cool completely.
7. Add raisins and/or sesame seeds.
