
5 c. warm water
2/3 c. honey
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. yeast
5 c. ground wheat flour
4-5 c. white flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
Add water, honey, yeast into mixer. Let sit while wheat is being ground (about 5-7 min.)
Add ground wheat flour, slat, oil, cinnamon, and additional white flour until dough pulls clean from the side of the mixer bowl or until the dough is slightly sticky to a finger. Allow dough to knead for 12 min.
Lubricate hands with oil, form dough into 4 loaves. Place each loaf into a greased bread pan. Cover and allow to raise until the loaves have doubled in size (about an hour).
Bake at 350 F. for 30 min. Remove the loaves from the pans and butter the tops of the loaves. Enjoy while hot or cover to cool.
