Evaporated Milk

Makes: 1 1/2 c. (the equivalent of 12 oz. can)

1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. dry non-instant powdered milk or 2 Tbsp. dry instant powdered milk

Combine ingredients and mix well before using in a your recipe.
Use in any recipe that calls for evaporated milk.
