Rice Information

Shelf Life: 30+ years

How Much You Need for a Year Supply:
1 adult (ages 7+) needs 50 lbs. of rice (about 9 #10 cans)
1 child (ages 0-6) needs 25 lbs. of rice (about 4 #10 cans)

How do I cook rice?
1. Combine 1 c. rice, 2 c. water, 1 t. margarine and 1 t. salt.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Turn heat down and let simmer for 15 min. or until all water is absorbed.
