Powdered Eggs Information

Shelf Life: for best taste 5-7 years of more (unopened)
Once opened the shelf life is 1 year.
The DO NOT need to be refrigerated.
How Much You Need for a Year Supply:
Multiply how many eggs your family eats in 1 week by 52.
A can of eggs is the equivalent to 216 medium eggs
(or about 18 dozen medium eggs)
A can of eggs is the equivalent to 150 large eggs
(or about 12 1/2 dozen large eggs)

Conversion:
1 medium egg: 1 Tbsp. powdered egg + 2 Tbsp. water
1 extra large egg: 2 Tbsp. powdered egg + 1/4 c. water

When baking you do not need to rehydrate the eggs before adding to your mix, simply add the needed egg powder and needed water to your mix and proceed as your recipe outlines!
