Recipe:
1 c. Magic Mix (Magic Mix is 2 1/3 c. powdered milk, 1 c. flour, 1 c. butter mixed with an electric mixer to look like cornmeal)
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes (optional)
dash onion salt
Combine Magic Mix and chicken broth. Stir constantly over medium-high heat until mixture thickens. Add parsley and a dash of onion salt.
Use in any recipe that calls for canned cream of chicken soup.
